1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fx999 ("fx999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fx999 online casino and sports betting platform available at fx999.bet. By accessing fx999.bet, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. • You are not accessing fx999 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing fx999 is lawful in your location.

fx999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify that eligibility conditions are met. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full fx999 platform, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires a valid mobile number and a unique password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. fx999 reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason.

• Each player may hold only one active account. If duplicate accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending bonuses in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fx999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify fx999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your account.
• fx999 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted until KYC is completed.

You agree that fx999 may contact you via the mobile number or email address associated with your account for account-related communications, including security alerts, transaction confirmations, and promotional messages (where you have not opted out of marketing communications).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fx999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fx999 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily/weekly deposit limits may be set by fx999 and communicated through the platform. Players may also set their own personal deposit limits through their account settings.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fx999 account. fx999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on that account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is under five minutes from the point of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days. fx999 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• fx999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, or review of unusual account activity. Players will be notified of any such delay.
• Deposits that remain unused (no wagers placed) for an extended period may be subject to a dormant account policy. fx999 will communicate any applicable dormancy fee schedule through its published platform notices.

fx999 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All transactions are monitored. Any account found to be involved in money laundering or any other financial crime will be immediately suspended, all funds in the account will be frozen, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that funds deposited on fx999 are from legitimate sources.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fx999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.

• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using technical exploits, placing offsetting bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Bonuses that have not been claimed or activated within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

fx999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, or free spin winnings if it is determined that the eligibility criteria for the relevant promotion were not met at the time the bonus was claimed or subsequently.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on fx999 are provided by third-party certified game studios and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by fx999 or any player. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or game round.

• fx999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or cancel events in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to match fixing suspicions, force majeure events, or a fundamental error in the published odds. Players will be notified and wagers refunded in the event of a void or cancellation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fx999. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known or unknown software error may be voided.
• Engaging in match fixing, sports fraud, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed through fx999.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. fx999 actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reports to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

fx999's determination regarding any breach of prohibited conduct provisions is final. If you believe a decision has been made in error, you may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision. fx999 will review all disputes and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

fx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a request has been made, or submission of fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match fixing, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.

Upon permanent closure of an account where no breach has been identified, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

9. Responsible Gaming

fx999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from the account settings page and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily or weekly maximum deposit caps. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
